- Every note, before it is saved
Three steps. None of them is typing.
Docxion sits on the desk during the consultation and does the paperwork while you look at the patient. You stay the one who decides what goes in the record.
- 01
Talk to your patient
Consult the way you already do, in Hindi, Tamil, English or all three in one sentence. There is nothing to dictate and nothing to type.
- 02
Review the draft
Symptoms, vitals, diagnosis and the prescription arrive as structured fields. Every one is editable, and nothing is saved until you sign.
- 03
Sign and send
Sign, and the note is filed in the patient’s record. The prescription reaches them on WhatsApp, so there is no paper slip to lose.
Prefer to write? Switch mid-consultation between voice, structured fields, a digital pen canvas, or a photo of your handwritten slip.

A note from the founder
You are being asked to trust a company you had not heard of last week with your patients’ records. That is a reasonable thing to hesitate over, so here is who is asking.
I started Docxion because of something I kept seeing in clinics. The consultation ends, the patient walks out with the paper slip, and that is the last anyone ever sees of it. The doctor is left with nothing.
Ask a doctor who has run a practice for twenty years which patients never came back, or which months are always the busiest. Most of them cannot tell you. They wrote all of it down. It went home in someone else’s pocket, every single time.
So Docxion does two things. It listens and writes the note, so nobody is typing while a patient is explaining what is wrong. And it keeps every note, so a year from now you can go back and look.
We are taking on our first clinics one at a time and I run the setup calls myself. My number is on the card. If something breaks in the middle of your OPD, message me. There is no ticket queue to get stuck in.
Docxion listens to the doctor–patient conversation in real time in any Indian language — Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, English and more. Clinical domain models process the audio live and write structured symptoms, vitals, diagnosis and prescription medications straight into your OPD consult sheet. You review and sign every note before it enters the record — the draft is never filed on your behalf.
You catch it, because nothing is saved until you sign it. Docxion produces a draft and puts it in front of you; the medicine, dose, frequency and duration are all editable, and the consultation cannot be filed until the doctor approves it. There is no setting, no plan and no workflow in which the AI writes to a patient record on its own. The scribe removes the typing, not the doctor — every note in your record is one you read and signed.
No. Speak to the patient the way you already do and the note is drafted for you — symptoms, vitals, diagnosis and prescription, structured into the consult sheet. Your keyboard is for corrections and for the occasional line you want to phrase yourself. Most doctors touch it a few times a day rather than a few times a patient.
Four. Ambient voice scribe, structured form fields, digital pen canvas drawing (with a stylus, or mouse and touch as a fallback), or photo and PDF upload. You can switch between them mid-consultation.
The ambient scribe transcribes in the cloud, so it needs a working connection while you consult — on a patchy line it will interrupt rather than degrade quietly. We would rather you knew that before signing than discovered it with a patient in the room. If your OPD hours run on unreliable connectivity, use the structured form or the digital pen canvas for those sessions, or tell us during the onboarding call and we will be honest about whether Docxion suits your setup.
